Lara's Rolled Oats - these are old fashioned style and can be cooked as a hot cereal or porridge and can be used in recipes.

Lara's Whole Grain Oat Flour - which can be used to thicken sauces and gravies, and used in recipes.

Lara's Oat Groats (whole-kernel oats) - which can be flaked using a home mill or used in recipes to complement or replace rice or pot barley. Ask us about them.
